Technical stretch film is used for group packaging on pallets, allowing safe transportation of products.
This tape is made of three- or five-layer Linear Low Density Polypropylene (LLDPE) film.
The main features of this tape are:
- ability of initial pre-stretch allowing more economical use of material;
- ability of reverse stretching and high tightening strength allowing safe grouping of products on pallets;
- resistance to scratches and punctures providing products’ protection against damage, contamination or theft;
- high transparency for better monitoring of the pallets’ interior;
- sticking effect excluding necessity to use additional fixing materials and making packaging air-tight;
- wide temperature resistance range making tape applicable to pack refrigerated and frozen products.
Technical stretch film may be used for manual or machine packaging.
